Christian Dior is the designer who helped Europe move forward from the war. In his workshop, opened in Paris in 1946, a new concept of femininity was born: rounded shoulders, long corolla skirt, wasp waist with a light corset, fine fabrics. With this new look, Dior was the first to associate accessories with clothing, selling the right shoes, bags, headscarves, perfumes and nail varnish alongside clothes. Today Dior has more than 200 boutiques around the world.
