In 1945 Renzo Rossetti opened a shoemaking business in Parabiago, making hand-crafted sports shoes. Ten years later, Fratelli Rossetti started to make classic shoes, and in the 1960s launched men's loafers with their famous bows, which were imported to the US for the first time, as well as their soft summer loafer "Yacht". In 2003, the company was featured on Italian stamps in recognition of its 40 years of success.
