Design table lamp original 1227 mini by anglepoise® george carwardine, an english industrial and automotive designer, provided the design for the original 1227 table lamp in the 1930s. The mini version is a reduced version of this industrial design light. Unlike its gross version, the original 1227 mini has a pyramid-shaped base with an integrated switch. However, the typical lampshade is also present in the mini version. It can be adjusted in inclination. The light is also fitted with a textile cable.
