Y is the initial of designer Yohji Yamamoto, 3 are the stripes symbol of the Adidas brand, and the hyphen represents the link between these two elements. For more than 10 years two apparently so different realities work together in this experience of creativity and technique that gives life to shoes, clothing and accessories with an unmistakable style. Working with Adidas, the Japanese designer was able to create «something that did not exist before and we completely projected the future. My desire was and is to make sportswear elegant and chic. Adidas is an important source of inspiration for me».
