If you say Levi’s, you say jeans. The first pair of jeans was made in 1873 in San Francisco. In that year, in the middle of the gold rush, the 'Levi Strauss & Co.' company patented the idea to use copper rivets to reinforce the points of strain so that trousers would last longer. Since 1886 the brand whose logo shows two horses, each pulling in the opposite direction, trying in vain to tear a pair of blue jeans apart, continues to convey the idea that a pair of Levi’s are sturdy and enduring. Today the brand also makes clothing and accessories for men, women and children, in which comfort is prioritised.
