Grashoppa designer floor lamp with adjustable head – a design icon by greta magnusson grossman the grashoppa floor lamp's slightly tilted tripod base gives it a lively touch, making it a trendy interior accessory for many living areas. Greta magnusson grossman (1906-1999) studied at the renowned konstfack art school in stockholm and opened her own studio in 1933 – a combination of shop and workshop. After marrying jazz musician billy grossman, she moved to california in 1940, opened a shop on the famous rodeo drive in los angeles and was one of the first to bring modern scandinavian style to north america.
