Japanese designer Abe Chitose founded her own label, Sacai, in 1999, after having worked as a designer for Comme des Garçons for several years. The Antonioli boutique opened in Milan in 1987. Named after its founder, it offers clothes and accessories that immediately attract the public. In 2003 the shop moved to via Pasquale Paoli 1, into a place which was, around 1920, one of the first silent film theatres in Milan.
