Jil Sander is a German designer with a minimalist and elegant style. She opened her first boutique in 1968 in Hamburg, and five years later she founded the fashion house of the same name. Jil Sander says she is inspired by Coco Chanel and defines her style as ‘pure and strong’. Some of her clients are Sigourney Weaver, Jude Law and Winona Ryder.
