In the summer of 1971, inspired by St Tropez's "mood" , the photographer Fred Prysquel sketched on a cafe paper tablecloth "his" swimming shorts. Made from sail fabric, the loose and light boxers designed to dry quickly conquered the boutiques of St Tropez.
